The My Visual Day Planner is a simple visual routine tool for children, teens and adults who find written calendars, phone reminders or verbal instructions hard to follow.
You can plan up to a week in advance, but the person only needs to look at one day at a time.
Each day is divided into 6 easy sections:
- Before You Go
- Morning
- Lunch
- Afternoon
- Dinner
- Evening
Choose the activity cards you need, place them on the day planner, and move them around when plans change.
Simple. Visual. Flexible.
The planner is easy to use for people who are non-verbal, have low literacy, are unable to read, or need visual support to remember or understand their routine.
Suitable for young children, autistic people, people with ADHD, dyslexia, dementia, memory problems, intellectual disability, low literacy, non-verbal communication or anyone who benefits from seeing their day clearly.
Use it for school, therapy, appointments, support worker shifts, home jobs, outings, meals, favourite activities and getting ready for tomorrow.
The activity cards come in sheets, so you easily cut out the cards you need. Start small, then add more as the routine grows.
One week planned. One day visible. One step at a time.
